Clean place with courtyard views and efficient staff. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Quiet and strategic location in the middle of the city, easy to get anywhere. Right by town centre and train station, famous eateries and transport tuk-tuk. Friendlytel Hotel in Hat Yai offers clean rooms with pleasant courtyard views and efficient staff. Had twin/double room with queen size bed and wake-up service was available in it. The hotel was in a peaceful and nice location short walk to famous eateries and quiet place, 7-11 stores and train station.

The hotel staff was not so helpful.

all in all peaceful setting right by lee garden plaza about 10mins, post laser and downtown and town centre. also, in the middle of the city.

This place is a spotless and cool new hotel. the family room is massive and overlooks a lovely courtyard. It's in a nice, quiet spot right in the heart of the city 🌳.

The location was GREAT and our bed was comfy. Central hatyai was within walking distance of. Room met all requests.

Some of the rooms were huge and big. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators upon arrival. the location was peaceful in the middle of the city and the atmosphere was family. The hotel was in a convenient location for accessing local restaurants and shops. the room was adequately clean with functional air conditioning. the staff were generally polite and helpful.

The shower water pressure was low and the internet connection on our floor was unreliable, requiring us to connect to a different floor.

The housekeeping service was below average and there were some basic amenities missing in the room. We had to request for extra towels, blankets, and pillows.
